Our home is in a quiet street on a large block. A renovated fibro shack and detached self contained studio is surrounded by lush tropical gardens. Swimming pool and bbq available. Studio is 250m from the beach and 1.4 km from clubs, pub and eateries.

Our delightful and spacious self contained 1 bedroom studio is comfy and totally private. Kitchen with double cooktop and small oven, toaster, kettle, electric fry pan, microwave and fridge. Bright bathroom, ceiling fan and work desk. Linen and a light self serve breakfast provided. Wifi reaches the studio but signal is poor at times. Small tv.

Separate entries and privacy in a tropical setting make this the perfect retreat. There are no adjoining walls, no slamming doors or pitter patters and squeaks and squeals of excited children.

Outdoor seating / table is right outside your door. You're welcome to splash around in the pool, cool off under the outdoor shower and use the bbq. You'll think your in a resort, we do!

Access to pool and bbq. Washing machine available for longer stays and on request. The studio has plenty of room inside or out to secure your bikes / surf boards etc.
Street parking outside the house.

Access to town made easy by shared pedestrian and cycle paths along foreshore. No hills to tackle. Kingscliff boasts a newly renovated pub and multiple cafe and dining options. Beautiful beaches with watercraft and cycle hire available.

10 mins drive south of Coolangatta Airport. We have contacts with local uber drivers and limo companies. Buses to Tweed and Gold Coast 150m walk from studio. Clubs and pubs run courtesy buses with pickup and drop off services.
