Hello! I'm offering up a room in Melbourne's inner-north for lgbtqi+ guests visiting Melbourne.

My home is located in Brunswick East, an eclectic and trendy neighborhood located 6kms (3.5 miles) north of Melbourne's cbd. The area is known for having a bit of an artistic, grungey vibe with progressive views and welcoming attitudes. Heaps of great bars, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. It's just a 5 minute walk to Merri Creek, which is a great spot for a run or just to experience some nature. There's a tramstop at the end of my driveway, which is serviced by two diifferent tram lines, meaning you never have to wait long.

The gaybourhood (Fitzroy and Collingwood) is easily accessible either by public transport, uber, or by bicycle (I have a spare bike that you're welcome to use during your stay.)

The bedroom features a double-sized bed and has large, north-facing windows that backs out onto my private rear courtyard. There's also a small desk, should you need to wfh. Smoking is fine in the courtyard. It's also a great place to read, have drinks, or naked sunbathing when the weather allows for it. Once it gets dark, I've also got a small firepit (perfect for naked cocktails).

The toilet features a handheld mixer bidet, and the shower also has a separate handheld shower head.

In the kitchen, you'll find a fully stocked breakfast bar with all the basics; bread (often homemade), spreads, cereal, muesli, fruit, tea, coffee, milk and hot chocolate. I'm happy to cater to dietary requirements, so just let me know in advance.

I'm always up for a chat and happy to provide local tips, potentially while sharing a bottle of red over dinner. I usually hang about the house naked when at home and enjoy heading to nude beaches, etc, but when hosting, I'm largely guided by my guest and what they're comfortable with.

Generally, I'm able to be flexible with check-in and check-out times, so just let me know know in advance if you need alternate arrangements.
