Very simple room in a quiet and beautiful area
: 22 sqm, on the 3rd floor without elevator. Rate includes coffee and tea. Kitchen and bathroom to share. 5 stops to the city center "5km". Next public transport: Pohlandplatz (4,10, 61, 63). The host speaks English, German and Spanish.
Accommodation description from the hostess:
I rent a room in which currently only two simple mattresses are. (and a fitness equipment that can be used)
Gradually, the room will be furnished, but that may take time, so I do not want to agree anymore.
Coffee is usually not here, tea can be drunk (could not be individually clicked), kitchen, refrigerator etc. shared.
For whom it is not a problem, like to bring own linen and towels. If not, no problem, I have it there. Only find it ecologically nonsensical to wash everything after one night.
