Our apartment is only 15 minutes’ distance by tram from Termini station (the main railway station in Rome), near Pigneto, a quarter of town known for its wineries, restaurants, pubs, pizzerias and its lively night life, frequented by people of different ages who want to spend a pleasant evening.
Being our guest you are free to spend your time as you like with no limit to schedules as you are having your own house key.
It has 4 newly refurbished rooms: a modern style living room with a very comfortable sofa where you can relax after a whole day spent visiting Rome; a finely furnished bedroom with an ample double bed; a bathroom with both tub and shower; an ample and completely furnished kitchen. The apartment is just what anybody would look for in case you are a single or a couple visiting the Eternal City.
You may experience a leisurely holiday, staying in a cosy home completely at your disposal, well connected to the heart of town and to the main tourist attractions. There are also our additional services that you can find in our services charter.

Our apartment is managed according to the regulation in force in the Region Latium, in the Province of Rome and in the City of Rome (Regolamento Regionale 24 ottobre 2008, n. 17 – disciplinare delle strutture ricettive alberghiere; Regolamento Regionale 24 ottobre 2008, n. 18 – disciplinare delle strutture ricettive all’aria aperta; Regolamento Regionale 24 ottobre 2008 n. 16 – disciplinare delle strutture ricettive extralberghiere) and follows an internal rule.

How to reach our apartment

By car: reach the Grande Raccordo Anulare (the big ring all around Rome) and take the exit for “Tangenziale EST”; once you are driving on it look for the road sign to “San Giovanni” and take the exit to “Prenestina” and after a few hundred metres you are at home!

By train: from Termini station take tram 5 or 15 for ten stops, get off at stop “Prenestina/Giussano” and walk for 50 metres.
From Tiburtina station take bus 409 direction “Colli Albani”, get off at “Largo Preneste” and walk along Prenestina road, direction centre, for about 600 metres.

By airplane: from Fiumicino airport catch train to Termini station or to Tiburtina station. Follow directions as above.
From Ciampino airport take the COTRAL bus to Termini station. Follow directions as above.
