However,\nwe also ask for your understanding that in times of daily new requirements,\nsometimes in some cases, it may take some time to technically implement them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FAQs <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Health comes first. \nFor this reason, travel restrictions apply almost worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n What if I have to cancel a booking because of\nCOVID-19?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n In general, ebab already offers very moderate cancellation\nconditions for the guests. There is no cancellation charge for cancellations up\nto eight days before the arrival date. For cancellations made less than eight\ndays before the arrival date, a cancellation fee of one night applies. We\ncollect the cancelation fee for the hosts. It helps them get through the\nCOVID-19 crisis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Due to the current situation and tightened travel\nrestrictions, short-term cancellations can also be made free of charge. This\napplies to cancellations made since March 17th, 2020. For free cancellation, the cancellation must\nbe carried out in the ebab account as usual. Please then reply to our\ncancellation confirmation with the request to convert the paid cancellation\ninto a free cancellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n As an alternative to cancellation, bookings can also be\npostponed to a new date. See the next point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Can I change my booking to a new date?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Yes, you can. If the guest and the host agree on a different\ndate for the overnight stay, the booking can be easily adapted to the new date\nby an ebab employee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To do this, however, we must receive confirmation of the new\ndate by email from the host as well as from the guest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n When should I book stays again?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n No one can yet seriously estimate when the situation will\nrelax again and a journey is again possible without restrictions. This also\ndepends on the developments in the pandemic in the individual countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you still want to plan your next trip, you can do it now\nat ebab. According to our cancellation\npolicy, every stay can be canceled free of charge up to eight days before\narrival. Besides, no deposit is due when\nbooking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n However, to protect our hosts, we ask that you carefully\nconsider every booking request in order not to unnecessarily block the\naccommodation for other travelers and help the hosts to plan.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
