So, if you too are part of the gay community and wish to stay fit on your vacation, here\u2019s what you need to do. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Eat healthy food<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">No matter what kind of vacation you\u2019re going on \u2013 a cruise, a road trip, a visit to a foreign country, or something else \u2013 eating healthy food is essential.
