Private Room in Berlin Tempelhof-Schöneberg - NABR2-1
Luxury guest room in the heart of gay scene
: 20 sqm, on the 5th floor without elevator. Rate includes breakfast. Kitchen and bathroom to share. Next public transport: Wittenbergplatz/Nollendorfplatz (U1, U2, U3). The host speaks English.
Accommodation description from the host:
Large, comfortable guest room with balcony and roof terrace in an up-to-date flat on the top floor of a classic Berlin 'Altbau' building. Keithstraße is a quiet street, only a few minutes walk from the main hub of Berlin gay life around Nollendorfplatz. The area is the centre of the former West Berlin and rich in history and culture.
The apartment is on the 5th floor without a lift. For that reason we think the apartment is best suited to those travelling light or with cabin baggage.
This is a quiet residential block, so we ask guests to respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.
Smoking is permitted in the outside areas (Balcony/roof terrace).
We have lived here for seven years. The kitchen and bathroom are shared and guests are welcome to use the roof terrace (in good weather!).
Fast wifi, large flat screen TV, Xbox and AppleTV in the room. Desk area in case you need to work whilst staying with us. Wireless (Qi) phone charging pads.
There will always be beers in the fridge – help yourselves!
For breakfast we offer a range of cereals, muesli, porridge, fruit and toast with tea or coffee, or have a boiled egg or two. There's a bean-to-cup espresso machine for your coffee fix.
